This event is Insanity of Battle Rule of 15 (Your army may not consist of more than 15 of the same common figure) Insanity of Battle Placement: Before the game, both players roll the D20; high roll places first. Players alternate placing one card of any players' units on the board (a map's "start zones" are irrelevant for Insanity of Battle). Squad figures must be placed within three clear sight spaces of all other squad figures placed that turn. You may not place figures on glyphs or adjacent to enemy figures. The player who places second automatically wins initiative Round 1.
