{GenCon Builder} Team Challenge Builder

This is a placeholder to provide a builder for GenCon for those who prefer the stylings of .org over a certain network that likes to battle. Each team brings two 250 point armies. Both armies combined may not take up more than 24 spaces, and neither army may contain Army Cards with the same name as Army Cards in the other army on the team.
