LOCATION: Meeples & Beyond (2450 W Happy Valley Rd Unit 1148 Phoenix, AZ 85085) 10:00 AM Check In. 10:30 AM Start Time. Each player will bring ONE pre-picked 495 DELTA point army. VC and GI Joe are allowed, Marvel is not allowed. Your entire army must share the same homeworld, as seen on the Basic side of the card (eg, all "Earth"). Limit 20 figures overall. Isadora is considered part of Alpha Prime. Figures with a listed homeworld of "Various" are considered to have the homeworlds of their components: Dreadnoughts of Caraway Cavern are from Marr and Valhalla. Eel & F'fuoh are from Feylund and Valhalla. Exiles of the Sundered Sea are from Earth. Knaves of the Silver Scimitar are from Arboreas, Feylund, and Grut. Revnan Acolytes are from Arboreas, Noxdorma, and Valhalla. Players may also choose "Various" as their homeworld. All matches will have a time limit of 50 minutes. If both players have figures left, the tie breaker will be decided by points left over, taking into account destroyed squad figures and wounded heroes (eg, 2 festering honor guard alive will give you 24 points). If there is still a tie, winner will be decided by a dice off. There is a $10 entry fee to be paid at the door. Players will get one promotional figure as a participation prize, choosing from Shiori, Serpentor, Syvarris, Agent Carr, or Isamu. MAPS: (TBD) Maps will have 0-3 glyphs. Glyph Pool: TBD Matchmaking: We will play Swiss rounds until there is exactly one player with 0 losses. If that becomes impossible, the top 2-4 will advance to playoffs (# of matches depends on # of participants). Ranking based on: 1) W/L record. 2) Head to Head. 3) Strength of Schedule (SoS) 4) Dice off. New and Old players are welcome! If you need to borrow figures for the event, please join the AZ Scapers Discord! You may borrow day of the event as well, but not everyone brings extra figures with them, so the sooner you ask, the better.
