(Scape Summit I) Heat of Battle Builder

Before each game, players dice off. The winner of the dice off may choose to take first placement or defer. The player who takes second placement will get +8 to their initiative roll in Round 1. During placement, each player will take turns placing figures one card at a time. Figures may not be placed on glyphs or next to opponent's figures. When placing squad figures, all squad figures placed that turn must be within 3 clear sight spaces of all other squad figures placed that turn
