Control Points
There will be 3 Control Spaces on each battlefield, designated ahead of time. Typically, one at each of the normal glyph locations and a third at one central location. Control Spaces will be explicitly designated for each map.
The power-side up glyphs typically used on tournament maps will not be used. Instead, each Control Space will be marked by a symbol-side up glyph. The glyphs are on the battlefield to designate Control Spaces ONLY. Control Spaces are not considered to contain glyphs. This means that figures do not need to stop their movement when entering a Control Space and Control Spaces are "empty spaces" when no figure is on that space, etc.
At the end of each round (and at the end of the game, if time is called in the middle of a round), you get one Victory Point for each unengaged figure you have on a Control Space. The first player to have 5 Victory Points (and more Victory Points than their opponent) wins. Alternately, you can win by destroying all of your opponent's figures.
Games decided by time will be resolved by Victory Points first, and then if Victory Points are tied, the game will be decided by points worth of figures left on the battlefield, as normal.
