TWOmat: There are two formats we will alternate between each game of the tournament (Fog of War and Heat of Battle). The format we use in the first game will be decided by a coin flip. Fog of War: All ranged attacks, auras, and abilities that require line of sight or clear sight spaces are reduced to 3. Heat of Battle: Before the game, both players roll the D20; high roll may choose to place first or defer (meaning they place second). Players alternate placing one card of their units on the board (a map's "start zones" are irrelevant for Heat of Battle). Squad figures must be placed next to another squad figure you placed that turn. You may not place figures on glyphs or adjacent to enemy figures.
