Please also sign up here. Bring 2 255 point armies. One army will be designated as Army 1 and the other as Army 2 for the entire event. You can not use the same species in more than one army. Both players place Army 1 only at the start of play. Play continues normally until one player’s Army 1 is eliminated, or until one player (before revealing an Order Marker) resigns their Army 1. When this happens, the round immediately ends (do not resolve any end of round effects), then all figures on the battlefield in the defeated Army 1 are removed from play and are no longer considered part of that player's army. Both players then place their Army 2 in their start zones as normal, with the surviving player leaving their Army 1 figures in place. There can essentially be no interaction between the two armies before the second army placement, with the exception of being able to place spirits from the first army onto Army Cards from the second army. After the second army placement is complete, Order Markers are placed as usual for the next round. Instead of rolling for initiative to begin the next round, the player whose Army 1 was eliminated chooses who wins initiative. Please arrive a little early so that things can be started on time. Please bring $10 to go towards prizes. As always, prints and proxies are welcome, and people would be more than willing to share some figures!
