If there is a tie for most army cards on Max Height, both players receive 1 VP. Then, whichever player(s) earned VPs that round must select one of their figures on Max Height to receive one wound. ALTERNATE WIN CONDITION: First player to 4 VPs wins the game. In the scenario that both players earn their 4th VP in the same round, play additional rounds until one player has more VPs (or has destroyed all of their opponent’s units).
