(SAScon 2025) Championship: Sideboard Reinforcements

Bring a 200(min)-260 pt, 18-figure Army Core You will play your same Army Core every game Bring a Sideboard of up to 650 pts You can not have the same units in your Army Core and your Sideboard Before each round of the tournament, after knowing your map and your opponent’s units, a randomly chosen participant will roll one combat die. The result of that roll determines army parameters for that round: BLANK: 360 pt, 18 figures SKULL: 430 pt, 18 fig SHIELD: 500 pt, 20 fig After the Reinforcement Roll, players secretly and simultaneously build their army by adding to their Army Core from their Sideboard, fitting within the parameters above. A blank will be rerolled under these 2 conditions: (A) 3 blanks have already been rolled (B) it is for the Championship round of Top Cut TOP CUT INFO: After 5 rounds, all players who finish 4-1 or better advance to the 8-Player Top Cut. After the 5-0 and 4-1s players, the remaining Top Cut spots will go to players who are 3-2, starting with the player who has the most wins thus far at SAScon (SOS tiebreaker) (does not include the Saturday Night Multiplayer event). For Top Cut games, you choose units from your Sideboard via draft (not secretly and simultaneously). You may only draft units from your Sideboard. Dice off. High roll may choose to either draft first or defer. Draft in a 1-2-2-2-2 pattern (first player drafts 1 army card, second player drafts 2 army cards, first player drafts 2 army cards, etc.). Each copy of a common card is a separate pick. Armies are not placed until all units have been drafted. Once you are out of points, you may not draft any more cards (but you may continue to draft up to the point limit even if the extra card(s) would put you over the figure limit).
