"After placing figures in spawn, roll 12 dice and log the results. These are your pocket dice. When defending an attack or making a normal attack, instead of rolling, you may expend pocket dice up to the number of dice you would have rolled and use their symbols as the result. If using pocket dice for a roll, at least 1 must be expended. If any pocket dice are used for that roll, no dice may be rolled normally; this may result in fewer total dice in the result than could have been rolled." For purposes of special powers, expending pocket dice counts as making a roll. Pocket dice results may not be used to trigger: * deadly strike/shot/whomp/venomous sting/maul * shields of valor You may use a non shield with deflectatron to make a shield out of it. Why not, let’s have some fun. Pocket dice results work with all other powers normally. You may expend one blank pocket die to re-roll any d20. You may expend 2 blanks to force your opponent to re-roll any d20. You may also expend a skull on a leaving engagement attack, or a shield/blank on a lava roll.
