Your armies may not share any army cards. Players roll the D20; high roll may choose to pick first or defer. If the dice-off winner chooses to pick first, they must pick one of their opponent’s armies. The dice-off loser may then select any of the 3 remaining armies. If the dice-off winner chooses to pick second, the other player may choose any of the four armies. The dice-off winner may then select any of the 3 remaining armies. (If you win the dice-off and want to pick your own army, you must defer first pick to your opponent.) Bring real armies. If they are not (for example, an army consisting of Hatamato Taro, Marro Hive, and Acolarh), you will be given a loss. They do not need to be A armies, but they must be somewhat functional. Splash armies and the like are allowed.
