Rule of 9
In addition to your army, bring the following four “Enlisted” heroes (you may not include the “Enlisted” heroes in your army):
- Decker the Burrowbreaker
- Torin
- Master Win Chiu Woo
- Mielki the Kyrie Warrior

Before placing figures, both players will secretly and simultaneously select one Enlisted hero to add to their army for that game. On an index card, write that hero next to the game number (IE Game 1: Torin). Each hero may not be selected more than once (in Rounds 2-4, both players should inform their opponent which Enlisted heroes are still available to them). If there is a fifth round, then all four heroes become available again.
Enlisted heroes gain “Tactical Surge”: After revealing a numbered OM on any army card, (and completing that turn), you may then reveal your “X” on your Enlisted hero and take a turn with that hero. No other Army Card may take this turn instead of the Enlisted hero.
