Each round, before placing Order Markers, both players may simultaneously place one of their Order Markers on an opponent’s army card. During the round, when revealing an Order Marker on an opponent’s army card, you temporarily gain control of that unit until the completion of your turn. You may never place your Order Marker on an opponent’s Unique Army Card that is also in your army (however, you may place your Order Marker on any opponent’s Uncommon Army Card that is also in your army).
