For Hex 5, the current plan for Thursday and Friday is to have 2 events at each time slot. One VC and one Classic. Then, the following day, the same events are hosted in the same time slots but which is VC and Classic is flipped.
For example, say the one of the Thursday afternoon events is Delta 500, and the event next to it is VC Heroes Only. Friday afternoon, it'll be the same two events, just their VC and Classic status is flipped. (VC Delta 500 and a Classic Heroes Only)
Furthermore, the afternoon events are going to be straightforward events with 50 min timers so we can have a longer lunch/dinner break, and the evening events will be the normal 55 min rounds.
Wednesday is currently planned to have one event, unless we get more players to sign up. Saturday will be Main Event with Top Cut and an event happening during the Top Cut. Sunday will be the Valkyrie Trial.
